Hey Everyone :)
Alrighty...So this is the first time that I've stayed up past 2am since being at Providence...
Yep, I'm studying...Thank goodness for Pandora radio and my extremely upbeat music that's keeping me awake...And the wonderful coffee that my friend, Brittany Sims, let me have earlier!
Gabby C., Brielle E., and I are in the girls' lounge studying for our First Old Testament Studies Exam of the semester. Thanks sooo much Brielle for telling me that you guys were studying!
I'm sure I would have crashed miserably if I'd tried to do this all on my own!
My lovely study buddies have their test today in like 10hrs, luckily I have mine tomorrow...!
So...I bet you're curious about what this exam is like...
Well, here you go...Enjoy... ;)
The First BTS:111 (Old Testament Studies I: Pentateuch & Historical Books) Exam Includes:
- 20 Multiple Choice Questions Section
(Chapters 1-5 from "Encountering the Old Testament" aka ETOT and any of the 56 Key Terms)
- 2 Memory Verses Section
(Mine are: Genesis 3:6 & Genesis 3:15)
- 4 Essay (Paragraph) Questions Section
(These can be from any of the 25 different questions Dr. Swanson gives us in the Study Guide)
- 2 Maps Section
(The Fertile Crescent & the Four Longitudinal Zones of Israel...Knowing where they are and their significance)
I think it goes without saying that I'm a teeny, tiny, little bit stressed about knowing all the info needed for this test ;)
This is part of the reason why I haven't been posting a lot lately, but I really hope to get another post in today, if not then, at least by this weekend...
So yeah, I'd really appreciate any and all of your prayers for me and my friends as we study for and take this exam! Thank you sooo much! :)
...And now I'm off to bed so that I can get some sleep before my 9:20am BIO class in 6hrs...
I love college ^_^
